How orders are packed, sent and delivered.
What is delivered
Brandy Gillmore delivers services, in person and online, and a small range of physical items.
Sessions
In-person sessions take place at the location confirmed when you book. Online sessions are delivered by video link, sent to the email address on the booking ahead of the appointment. Please join with a working camera, microphone and a stable connection.
Orders
Orders are packed and dispatched within the handling time shown at checkout and sent by the carrier selected there. Where tracking is available it is emailed when the parcel is collected. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Duties and import charges
Orders travelling internationally may attract duties, taxes or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are payable by the recipient.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
Tell us as soon as a parcel looks lost or arrives damaged so a claim can be raised with the carrier. Damaged goods are replaced or refunded. A parcel returned because of an incomplete address can be sent again once the correct address is confirmed.
Addresses
Please check the delivery address before paying — it can usually only be changed before dispatch.
